Did you know that everything in Steelyard's database is vetted, imported, and maintained by actual humans?  No bots, crawlers, site-scrapers or automated feeds. Which is how we keep your search results relevant, trade-appropriate, and backed by reliable products and brands.

It's a fact that our entire company is rarely (if ever) in the same physical location at any given time.  Some of us are based in different states, and others of us are on the road so often that we might as well be.  But our core production staff—those aforementioned actual humans behind the platform and our brands—are the anchoring constant at Tampa Bay HQ.  They're the glue that holds the site together and keeps our brands and members happy.  (The furry non-humans are somewhat less reliable.)

Meet this top-notch team of specialists who keep Steelyard Humming:

I'm a people-magnet, together with my spouse.  Whenever we walk into a store or shop, it fills up with people...I've seen a Starbucks go from zero cars in the parking lot and no one inside to a filled lot.  That's just the most recent example.  In fact, I should start charging retailers a finder's fee for helping them bring in business. :o)

Whatever is put in front of me; I don't have a preference...

Of course, this is just the tip of the iceberg; we learned much more once we started digging into the really important questions, like:  Pick One: Star Trek or Star Wars; Lord of the Rings or Harry Potter; Invisibility or Flight; and is a hot dog a sandwich or not.  Not to give anything away, but the instructions to "Pick One" were largely ignored...
